There is quite problem related to US crazy cow meat import in Korea. Considering danger of the crazy cow meat deeply, that issue is not only for Koreans but also for Americans. I think crazy cow meat below 20 months old even be dangerous, though it doesn’t show any symptom of craziness only. I think that meat contains also craziness potentially. So not considering that cow meat below 20 months old is safe or cow meat above 30 months old is dangerous, it is needed to abolish fodder inducing crazy cow and cows that have eaten it or shown craziness symptom also. It is quite good for both Americans and Koreans, I think. As a reference, Thich Nhat Hahn monk, who is quite well known as zen master has pointed out danger about it like the the mechanism that a cow eats fodder made from cow meat, which an animals eat meat of same race. So could you make this issue as your Oprah Winfrey show topic so that Americans and Koreans in US demonstrate together agaist US Government for that kind of activities being done?

한국에서는 미국산 광우병 쇠고기 관련해서 상당한 문제가 있습니다. 광우병 쇠고기의 위험성을 깊이 고려해보면, 그 이슈는 단지 한국인들 뿐만 아니라 미국인들을 위한 것입니다. 제 생각에는 20개월 미만된 광우병 소고기조차도 단지 광우병 증세를 보이지 않았을 뿐 위험하다고 생각합니다. 제 생각엔 그 고기도 잠재적으로 또한 광우병을 지니고 있다고 생각합니다. 그래서 20개월 미만의 쇠고기는 안전하고 30개월 이상된 쇠고기는 위험하다고 생각하지 않고 광우병을 유발하는 사료와 그것을 먹은 소들 혹은 광우병 증세를 보이는 소들 또한 모두 폐기하고 도축하는 것이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 그것이 미국인들과 한국인들 모두를 위해서 상당히 좋을 것이라고 생각합니다. 참고로, 명상마스터로 상당히 잘 알려진 틱낫한스님도 소가 소고기로 만들어진 사료를 먹는, 즉 한 동물종족이 같은 종족의 고기를 먹는 매커니즘의 위험성을 지적하셨었습니다. 그래서 오프라 윈프리님께서 이 이슈를 오프라 윈프리 쇼의 주제로 정하셔서 미국에 있는 미국인들과 한국인들이 함께 이러한 조치들이 진행될 수 있도록 미국정부에 시위를 할 수 있도록 말이지요.
