141. 이러므로 너희가 더욱 힘써 너희 믿음에 덕을 덕에 지식을 지식에 절제를 절제에 인내를 인내에 경건을 경건에 형제 우애를 형제 우애에 사랑을 공급하라[벧후1;5-7] So make every effort to apply the benefit of these promises to your life. Then your faith will produce a life of moral excellence. A life of moral excellence leads to knowing God better. Knowing God leads to self-control. self -control leads to patient endurance,and patient endurance leads to godlines.Godliness leads to love for other Cristians,and finally you will grow to have genuine love for everyone.
142. 사랑하는 자들아 주께는 하루가 천년같고 천년이 하루같은 이 한 가지를 잊지 말라 주의 약속은 어떤이의 더디다고 생각하는 것같이 더딘것이 아니라 오직 너희를 대하여 오래 참으사 아무도 않고 다 회개하기에 이르기를 원하시느니라[벧후3;8~9] But do not forget the one thing, dear friends: With the LORD a day is a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The LORD is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but anyone to come to repentance.
143. Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship[ROMANS 12;1]그러므로 형제들아 하나님의 모든 자비하심으로 너희를 권하노니 너희 몸을 하나님이 기뻐하시는 거룩한 산 제사로 드리라 이는 너희의 드릴 영적 예배니라
144. 여호와의 눈은 온 땅을 두루 감찰햐사 전심으로 자기에게 향하는 자에게 능력을 베푸시나니[대하16;9] 저가 사모하는 영혼을 만족케 하시며 주린 영혼에게 좋은
것을 채워주심이라[시107;9] The eyes of the LORD search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose harts are fully committed to him.For he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things
145. 거만한 자를 책망하지 말라 그가 너를 미워할까 두려우니라 지혜 있는 자를 책망하라 그가 너를 사랑하리라 지혜 있는 자에게 교훈을 더하라 그가 더욱 지혜로와질 것이요 의로운 가르치라 그가 학식을 더하리라[잠9;8~9] Do no rebuke a mocker or he will hate you; rebuke a wise man and he will love you. Instruct a wise man and he will be wiser still; teach a righteous man and he will add to his learning.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God,who loved me and gave Himself for me.[GALATIANS2;20]내가 그리스도와 함께 못박혀나니,그런즉 이제는내가 산것이 아니요 오직 내안에 그리스도께서 사신것이라 이제 내가 육체가운데 사는 것은 나를 사랑하사 나를 위하여 자기몸을 버리신 하나님 아들을 믿는 안에서 사는 것이라
147. Because of the LORD'great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.[LAMENTATIONS 3;22~23]여호와의 자비와 긍휼이 무궁하시므로 우리가 진멸되지 아니함이니이다.이것이 아침마다 새로우니 주의 성실이 크도소이다.
148.그러므로 형제들아 우리가 빚진 자로되 육신에게 져서 육신대로 살 것이 아니니라 너희가 육신대로 살면 반드시 죽을 것이로되 영으로써 몸의 행실을 죽이면 살리니 무릇 하나님의 인도함을 받는 그들은 하나님의 아들이라[롬8;12~14] So, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation whatsoever to do what your sinful nature urges you to do. For if you keep on following it, you will perish. But if through the power of the Holy Spirit you turn from it and its evil deeds, you will live. For all who are led by the Holy Spirit of God are children of God.
149. 집에 들어가시매 제자들이 종용히 묻자오되 우리는 어찌하여 능히 그 귀신을 쫒아내지 못하였나이까 이르시되 기도 외에 다른 것으로는 이런 유가 나갈 수 없느니라 하시니라[막9;28~29] Afterward, when Jesus was alone in the house with his diciples, they asked him,“Why couldn't we cast out that evil spirit?”Jesus replied,“This kind can't be cast out only by prayer.”
150. 의를 아는 자들아, 마음에 내 율법이 있는 백성들아, 너희는 나를 듣고 사람의 훼방을 두려워하지 말라 사람의 비방에 놀라지 마라 그들은 옷같이 좀에게 먹힐 것이며 그들은 양털같이 벌레에게 먹힐 것이로되 나의 의는 영영히 있겠고 나의 구원은 세세에 미치리라[사51;7~8] “Listen to me, you who know right from wrong and chrish my law in your hearts. Do not be afraid of people's scorn or their slanderous talk. For the moth will destroy them as it destroys clothing. The worm will eat away at them as it eats wool. But my righteousness will last forever. My salvation will cotinue from generation to generation.”
