전 초딩6학년이구요.

유학온지일주째인데요.

학교에서 수학 숙제를 내줬는데 도저히 모르겠어요.

단어는 다 찾았지만 말뜻을 전혀 알수가 없어..너무 답답해서 도움을 요청해요.

영어 잘하는 언니 오빠 꼭좀 도와주세요..

숙제 꼭 해가고 싶어요..

1) When Are Event Independent?

In  Example  1, We say that winning the baseball game and winning the field hockey game are independent events.

the idea of independent events is that the occurrence of one does not depend on the occurrencd of the other.

in general, two events  A and B are independent events and only when prob(A and B) = prob(A) * prob(B).

또 한가지

2)One summer camp has 136 applicants for 50 openings.

A second camp has 200 appicants for 65 openings.

Suppose each camp fills its openings randomly from the applicants.

If you were to appli to both camps, what is the probability that both would accept  you?
