1.Safety valves for Aux. boilers shall be retested , because opening pressure

   was acceptable but closing pressure was not  acceptable.

2.Accumulation test shall be done.

3.Horizontall line part over NO.1 sol. valve /box to be modified U-Bolt hole and/or

   angle supporters as pointed out misalignment .

4.vert. line first bending part from NO.2  sol. valve /box to be cut out and modified

   alignment and poor welding joint .

5.modification of bolt hole or supporter for pipe line alignment

6.rewelding. modification of misalignment.

7.atomatic entilation open and shut not tested.
