Six Steps to healthy food shopping
1. Shop the edges of the supermarket.
대부분의 마켓은 건강에 좋은 음식들을 스토어의 가장자리에 배치합니다. -> fruit, meat, poultry, vegetables, and fish
2. Your shopping cart should look colorful.
peepers, carrots, tomatoes,oranges, and broccoli add color to your shopping cart & health to your diet.
3. 육류.. 괜찮지요. 하지만!
fish, chicken, beans, and eggs are also excellent sources of protein!
4. Don't buy food your great-great-grandfather could not recognize.
100년전쯤에는 전혀 볼 수 없었던 음식, 쿠키나 크래커 같은 인공적인 음식들은 좋지 않아요.
Read the labels. If you can't pronounce most of the ingredients on the package, don't buy it!
5. "저지방" "무가당" 이 무조건 "건강에 좋아" 라는 뜻은 아닙니다!
6. Don't go shopping when you are hungry.
불필요한 스낵들을 엄청 사게 될거예요.
If your have a sweet tooth, buy dried fruit instead of candy or cookies.
