I've met some folks who say that I'm a dreamer

When all the things he loves are far away

And precious things are dreams unto an exile

모든 값진 것들이 유배되어 꿈으로 되었을 때

They take him o'er the land across the sea

그들은 그를 바다 건너 외딴 곳으로 데려갔지

Especially when it happens he's an exile

그는 특별한 유배자로 사랑스러운 이니스프리

From that dear lovely Isle of Innisfree.

섬으로 데려다 놓여진 일이 생긴거야

And when the moonlight peeps across the rooftops

지붕꼭대기 사이로 달빛이 멋진 섬을 엿보는

Of this great city, wondrous tho' it be

기막힌 광경이 보이는 그 곳

I scarcely feel its wonder or its laughter

이제 난 거의 그곳의 경이와 웃음을 느낄 수 없다네

I'm once again back home in Innisfree

나 한번 이니스프리로 돌아가리

I wander o'er green hills through dreamy valleys

꿈꾸는 계곡을 지나 초록 언덕을 헤메이며

And find a peace no other land could know

그 어떤 곳에서도 못 느낀 평화를 알았네

I hear the birds make music fit for angels

천사에게 어울리는 음악을 들려주는 새들의 소리

And watch the river's laughing as they flow.

넘실대며 웃는 강물을 바라보았네

And then into a humble shack I wander--

My dear old home--And tenderly behold

그곳에서 방황하다 나의 허름한 사랑스런 헌집으로 들어가곤했지

The folks I love around the turf fire gathered

내가 사랑하던 마을 사람들을 정겹게 바라보며

토탄 화롯가에 무릎을 맞대고 앉아

On bended knee their rosary is told

그들의 장미화원 이야기를 들었었네

But dreams don't last, though dreams are not forgotten

그 꿈은 그치지 않고,잊혀지지도 않았네

And soon I'm back to stern reality

그리고 곧 비정한 현실로 돌아왔네

But though they pave the footpaths here with gold-dust

비록 그들은 여기에 금빛 흙으로 길을 뚫어주었지만

I still would choose my Isle of Innsifree.

난 아직도 나의 이니스프리 섬에서 살고 싶다네
