Gilded accents gave the models at Yves Saint Laurent and Viktor & Rolf a truly ethereal glow. At Bottega Veneta, makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury turned to the Old Masters (Rembrandt, Goya, Da Vinci) for inspiration. "They really knew how to capture a candlelit glow," she says. A bit of shimmering powder will do the trick at home.
