ingredients:
1 cup of rice, 4 teal pig liver, 1 piece of baby ginger, 1 green onion, 6 cups of broth.
Seasoning:
(A) 1 tbsp. wine, salt, corn starch paste.
(B) 1/2 tbsp. salt, chicken powder, pepper, sesame oil.
Methods:
(1) Clean rice, soak for 30 minutes, add broth to cook.
(2) Slice pig liver, mix with (A), blanch.
(3) Put pig liver in rice gruel, season with (B), add green onion chopped, ginger shreddd, then server.
