Steak Dinner for Two

I've decided to treat my friend for nice steak dinner today. 

But I think it needs a special touch,

so I will also cook up some cream mushroom pasta.

1. chop up some mushrooms and onions.

I used two kinds of mushrooms.

2. Boil up some water and cook your spaghetti noodles. 

If you put some salt and oil in water

before you put your noodles in,

your noodles will be chewier and won't stick together.

3. Stir fry your mushrooms and onions. 

I put some olive oil and garlic as well. 

The tomatoes are for extra points. ^^

4.  take the cooked noodles and stir fry them with mushrooms and onions.

5.  Pour some milk and little bit of mayonaise. 

Stir it until milk thickens.

I made my own steak sauce as well.  It's really easy to make.

1. Blend an onion, some garlic and ginger.

 2. Put some soy sauce, honey, some sugar and basil into

the blended contents. 

It's really good with any kinds of meat.

The steak was first put in oven until it was cooked to rare;

then I fried it a bit in a frying pan until it was medium.

All these and salad goes so well with red wine.
