About 11.5cm sized myoma was noted on anterior uterine corpus. Low flap transverse cesarean section was done. A living male baby weighing 33800gm with Apgar score 1'-9 and 5'-10 was deliverd and then the placenta weighing 600gm was manually removed which is grossly normal. myomectomy was done.
The Abdominal wall closed by layer.
