처음 써보는 판인데요 많은 관심이 있길 바랍니다.
저는 '미디어와 현대사회'라는 과목을 수강하던 중 우리가 미디어를 통해 우리의 의견을 세상에 표현할 수 있는 것이 얼마나 매력적이고 큰 일인지를 느끼게 되었어요. 그러다가 일반 방송매체에서 많이 다루지 않아 사람들의 무관심 속에 잊혀가는 '위안부 할머니'들의 문제에 관심을 가지게 되었죠. 대학생으로서 이 문제를 그냥 지나칠 수가 없어 동영상을 찍고 세상에 알리고자 하는데 생각과 열정만큼 표현하기가 쉽지는 않았어요. 하지만 여러분의 격려와 응원 속에서 잊혀져 가고있는 위안부 할머니들의 안타까움에 조금 더 많은 사람들이 관심을 가져주었으면 좋겠습니다.
위안부 문제는 약 67년동안 일본의 공식적인 사과 없이 해결되지 않은 상태로 남아있습니다.
저희는 이 문제가 보다 많은 사람들에게 알려져 그들이 우리의 편에 서서 함께 일본에 사과를 요구할 것을 바랍니다.
이 동영상이 위안부 실태와 문제를 세계에 알리는데 도움이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.
'Comfort Women' are the women who were hunted for forced labor to satisfy Japanese soldiers' sexual desire in the 'Joseon Dynasty period (the Japanese colonial period) from the 'Sino-Japanese War' to the 'Pacific War'. Hillary recently rejected the term “comfort women” and instead calls the women what they really were, which were sexual slaves.
However, although there are campaigns to get an apology from the Japanese Government, the Japanese Government has ignored the issue for 67 years and continues to do so.
We made this video d0cumentary since we are educated Korean university students who want to let the entire world know about this serious problem so that the Japanese government will acknowledge the terrible things they did.
