Jayson Lee and his mom has not seen Lee Seunghee and Lee Jinhee for almost 17 years already. They said that they were able to talk to them before (2009) but the connection was cut because the Lee family moved away.
According to him, his parents' marriage was okay at first but as time passed by, his father became an alcoholic and a womanizer. There were also times that his father hurt his mother physically. These were the first reasons why his mom decided to run away. The other one was because of him (Jayson Lee). Apparently, the family thinks that it was a misfortune to have three sons that there were suggestions of abortion but his mom was against it. This was the last straw for his mom. The mom decided to leave but she was not able to bring her two other sons with her because she was afraid that she will be accused of child trafficking. The mom promised her 2 sons that she will come back for them but was not able to go back to Korea due to lack of money (for airfare and such).
