That's when I left her house for mine

Well she had to be at work by nine
So I get home and have a bath

At first I guess she's gone to get herself a pack of cigarettes
A pint of milk, food for the cat
But it's midnight now and she's still not back

 At half past two I picture her In the back of someone else's car
He runs his fingers through her hair

  8시에 우리는 헤어졌어
그시간에 나는 그녀집을 나와  내집으로 갔어
그녀는 집에 있을거라고 했지
9시까지 일하러 가야했으니까..
집에 와서 목욕을 했어
TV 앞에서 빈둥거리며 한두 시간을 보냈어
그런데 그때 그녀가 보고 싶어하는 영화가 나왔어

지금은 월요일 아침 5시 19분
난 아직도 그녀가 어디에 있는지 알지 못해
그녀에게 전화를 걸 때마다 대답하는 것은 자동응답기 뿐이야
지금은 거의 아침 6시
이젠 다시 전화를 걸고 싶지 않아
만약 지금까지 그녀가 돌아오지 않았다면 우리사이는 끝일테니까..

처음에는 그녀가 담배를 사러 나간 줄로만 알았어
아님 고양이를 줄 우유나 음식을 사러 갔을거라 생각했지
하지만 지금은 자정이고 그녀는 아직 돌아오지 않았어

두 시 반이 되어가니 다른 사람 차의 뒷자석에 있는 그녀가 떠올라
그는 손가락으로 그녀의 머리 결을 쓸어 내리고 있어
그녀는 그가  손대지 못하도록 했어야 하는데..

만약 지금까지 그녀가 돌아오지 않았다면 하늘도 우리사이는 끝난 걸 알테니까..  영국의 6인조 락밴드 Rialto는 1997년에 결성된 시네마틱[브릿팝]락 밴드로 우리나라에서도 비교적 많이 알려진 뮤지션으로 중국에서 더 많은 인기를 누리고  중국 공연도 가졌다.  첫 싱글앨범인 'Monday Mornig 5:19'에서는  반응을 얻지 못했지만 이후 1998년 발매한 정규앨범인 'Rialto'에서 4개월 만에 무려 100만장의 앨범 판매고를 올리며 영국과 유럽에서  성공한 뮤지션의 반열진입. 이들 음악을 소개하면, 경쾌한 비트로 들리지만 이들 음악속엔 언제나 인간의 원초적인 고뇌와 일상적인 감정이 그대로 녹아 있다.  강렬하지만 슬프고 우울한 음악을 추천해 달라고 하면 리알토의 음악이 거론된다. Monday Morning 5:19 - Rialto를 비롯한Good Bye - Jessica   No Matter What (노팅힐 OST) - Boyzone은  우리나라 '10대가 좋아하는 팝송'이다.
