모나지 않는 마음이
지혜로운 마음이다.
Wisdom arises from the is broad and harmonious.
믿고 놓으면 그 가운데서
마음의 샘물이 나온다.
Like fresh spring water, wisdom flows from letting go
while having faith in your foundation.
5마음이 너그럽고 밝아야
내 속에 있는
중생들도 밝아진다.
When my mind is generous and bright, the unenlightened
beings within my body also become bright.
6일체만법이
다
내 한마음 안에서
나고든다.
All phenomena appear and
disappear within my mind.
7내 마음의 주인에게
맡겨놓고
지켜보는 것이 참선이다.
Meditation means observing while entrusting everusting
everything to my foundation, my source.
8한 생각 잘하는 데서
넓어지고
둥글어지고 물리가 터진다.
By raising one thought well, you will become more accepting
and generous, and eventually wisdom will burst forth.
9진실한 믿음없이 어떻게
나를 넘어설 수 있겠는가.
Without deep faith in your inherent nature,
how could you transcend yourself?
10나부터 찾아야 하고
나부터 다스릴 줄 알아야 한다.
You have to search within yourself.
Take care of your own thoughts and behavior before
worrying about what others are doing.

인과다 업보다 그런 말 붙이지 말라
고정됨이 없다.
Don't blame fate or karma for the things you experience.
Nothing in the universe is fixed, nothing is unchanging.
12흐르는 물에 틈이 없듯이
진리에 순응하는 마음에도
틈이 없어야 한다.
Like flowing water,
always harmonize yourself with the truth.
13매사에 나를 앞세우는 그 아집을 발견하라
발견해야 벗어 버릴 수 있다.
Find the thoughts of "I" that are hidden in the things you do.
You have tobe aware of them in othar to free yourself from them.
내마음이 밝아지면 더불어
조상의 마음도 밝아진다.
If you brighten your mind, the minds and spirits of all
your family and ancestors will and ancestors will also become brighter.
15주인공에 맡긴다고 하는것은
번뇌의 쉼이요
욕심과 집착을 놓는것이요
아상을 죽이는 것이다.
Entrusting everything to Juingong means letting
go of desire and clining,
resting delusions, and letting thoughrs of "I" die.
16수행이란 바로 생각의 벽
관념의 차이를 벗어나는 것이다.
Spirituar practice is freeing yourself from
your opininos and fixed ideas.
17마음을 자비롭고
인의롭게 쓰면서
안과 밖을 이끌어 가라.
While living compassionately and uprightly, take care of
everything that agises from inside or outside.
18한곳에서 들고 나는걸 모른다면
백프로의 삶이라 할 수 없다.
In order to live a complete life, you must know that everything
arses from and retums from and returns to just one place.
