The refree was down on the ground right before the offside, so he probably did not see the flag. So it was his misjudgement. But he talked to the linesman, so he should've changed his call. And did not. Many of the calls were unfair against the Koreans. But then, $hit happens, bad refree is part of the game. Tough luck for the Koreans.

it's about the refrees. they made a mistake and that confused korean players. the result would come out different if one of the refrees didn't call OFFSIDE.
