아프리카 난민들을 위해 구성되었던 Band Aid, 1984년 처음 발표된 Do They Know It's Christmas의 20주년을 맞아 2004년 새로 결성된 Band Aid 20의 리메이크곡입니다.최초에 이를 기획하였던 그룹 Boomtown Rats의 리더 Sir Bob Geldorf가 다시 제작하고 Sir Paul McCartney외 많은 뮤지션들이 참여하고 있습니다.
