this weekend?

     그럼 이번 주말에 테니스 칠래?

David: Saterday I can't but Sunday is

open.

     토요일은 못하지만 일요일은 괜찮아.

Darren: Okay, Sunday works for me.

     좋아, 나도 일요일 좋아.

DAvid: Call me on Sunday to confirm.

     토요일 나한테 전화해서 확인해 줘.

Darren; oKAY, i'LL CALL YOU sATERDAY.

     그래, 토요일에 전화 할께.

Daivd: You know I screen my calls,

don't you?

     내가 전화 선별해서 받는 것 자네 알지?

Darren: No, I didn't know that.

     아니 몰랐어.

David: I do. So, don't hang up when my

answer machine comes on.

     나 그렇게 하거든. 그러니까 자동 응답기가 나와도 끊지마.

Darren: Why do you screen your calls?

     왜 전화를 사람 봐가면서 받지?

David: I get so many sales calls from sales

people wanting tp sell me something over t-he phone.

     통신 판매하려는 사람들한테 하도 전화가 많이 와서.

(전 다음 월요일이 비었습니다. 그 때 이사를 도와드릴수 있겠는데요.)

(전 병물 밖엔 마실게 없군요.)

Roger: "Bottled water works for me."

(병물이면 저야 좋죠.)

 * to confirm:확인하다

"I'm calling to confirm our hotel reservation."

(호텔 예약한 걸 확인하려고 전화 걸었는데요.)
