스타할려구하면 5분정도있다가 블루창이뜹니다 0~100초 지나면 재부팅되요

인터넷을 하다보면 갑자기 파란화면이 뜨면서 알지못할 메시지가 뜹니다.

제가 워낙 컴맹이여서 어떻게 하지도 못하고 있는데 제발 도와주세요..

참고로 저희집은 윈xp입니다. 빠른답변 부탁드립니다.
