해석이 어리버리해도 이해하시길..

제가 영어는 정말 시러하궁.. 잘 못하는디..

1. 사스와 관련된 글이었는데, 질병의 전문가가 이렇게 말했네요.

  "I've never seen a pathogen emerge and go away on its own."

-  나는 그런식으로 나타나고 사라지는 병원체를 본적이 없었다..

2. 사스와 관련하여 수질위생보건 프로그램 담당국장이 이렇게 말했네요.

  "With this consultation, W.H.O. is helping its member states appreciate the need to assess and manage the health risks associated with inadequate plumbing and sewage system."

- 이러한 감정을 통해, 국제보건기구는 회원국들이 부적절한 하수시스템과 쓰레기문제와 관련있는 건강위험을 적절히 통제할수 있도록 도와주고 있다..(sonsultation - consultation)

3. 배우자의 선택과 관련하여 나온 말인데.. 당췌.. 먼말인지?

  "evolutionary relenvant" ----> (relenvant - relevant)

- 유전적으로 적절한.

4. 요즘 심각하게 대두되고 있는 지랄같은(극한의) 날씨에 관한 부분 입니다.

  "The WMO normally confines itself to issuing scentific reports and statistics compiled from climate data. However, the weather events of 2003 had proved so remarkable, officials say the organization felt compelled to issue a generalized warning of the emerging pattern."

- WMO는 일반적으로 기후와 관련된 과학보고서들과 통계들을 발행하는데 국한되어 있었다. 그러나, 2003년의 이상기후로인해 담당자들은 WMO가 그러한 것에 대해 발생되는 경고를 발표할 수 밖에 없을것이라고 말한다.

5. 아래의 문장을 읽고 도대체 어떤 놈이 먼저 조약을 파기 했는지 알 수 가 없네요.

  " That pact collapsed after the North violated the deal and pocketed handouts, blaming Washington for not fulfilling its obligations."
- 그 조약은 북한이 워싱턴의 의무불이행을 비난하며 협정과 서약을 어긴후 파기되었다.

이상이 제가 할수 있는 범위내구.. 더이상은 나도 멀러여..
