지불방법에서요, 잘이해가 안되서요. 전문가의 조언을 좀 구합니다.

Terms of Payment：By Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable and Divisible L/C to be available by sight draft to reach the Seller before August 15, 2004 and to remain valid for negotiation in China until 21 days after the Time of Shipment. The L/C must specify that transshipment and partial shipments are allowed and that 15% more or less in quantity and value is allowed for the first shipment. After the first shipment, the quantity and value will be confirmed in written by both sides and 5% more or less in quantity is allowed. <이하생략>

취소불능,확정,양도가능,분활가능 , at sight 조건, 화한 신용장으로 8월15일 전에 open

선적 후 21일 까지는 네고가능.

신용장 부가조건에 표기사항으로

 -분활선적 허용 

 -1차 선적시 수량 및 가격에 15%으로 공차 허용.

 -1차 선적 후 수량과 가격은 양측이 문서상 확정을 할 것이면 5% 공차 허용.
