"500 miles" 는 Hedy West라는 가수가 만들었고 이가수가 부른게 원곡이며 이후 62년 "Peter, Paul & Mary"가 이노래를 부르게 되는데 큰 히트를 함으로써 유명해지게 됐으며
"브라더스 포"는 이듬해 63년에
이히트곡을 자신들의 버전으로 앨범을 발표했다.
